Inspiring with vision
As a leader, you may not know what dream each one is quietly weaving. They may struggle to articulate it or not see it themselves. But you witness them at work daily. Invite them to imagine what seems unimaginable. And when their eyes light up, you will know that you have inspired them with a vision.

You cannot control outcomes, and not all events are worth trying to control. Spend energy where it truly counts, and let the rest drift.
